About Seetanu Bungalows

Seetanu Bungalows is a small beachfront bungalow resort with a collection of bungalows for rent as well as a villa. The resort is at the southerrn end of Haad Chao Phao Beach. The resort features a beachfront restaurant.

Reviews are mixed for this resort. Those looking for a cheap bungalow near the beach will be moderately pleased, those looking for a high level of customer service might be less impressed. The better bungalows at Seetanu Bungalows are perhaps more suited for flashpackers than for high maintenance customers.

Finally, it should be mentioned that technically Seetanu Bungaows is in Haad Chao Phao not Srithanu!

Accommodation

There are 17 bungalows for rent at Seetanu Bungalows. There is also a villa that you can rent directly through the resort. Here are the accommodation options:

• Privilege Bungalow (4 people) - there is a choice of a privilege bungalow beachfront or with a seaview. These are big modern Thai style bungalows that features 2 bedroom (double and 2 singles), air-con, hot water bathroom, fridge, living room, TV and safe.
• Comfort Bungalow (2 people) - seaview bungalow with air-con, hot water bathroom and private terrace.
• Junior Bungalow - small bunglaow in garden setting with air-con, hot water bathroom and private terrace.
• Authentic Bungalow - wooden bungalow in garden setting with fan and cold water bathroom

'The Villa' is advertised on the Seetanu Bungalows website (www.seetanu.com). The villa has 3 bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen / dining area. The kitchen doesn't have any means of cooking but the living room features cable TV and games console. The rooms have air-con and there are 2 private terraces to enjoy.

Resort facilities

Seetanu Bungalows is beachfront and within walking distance of a range of restaurants, shops and bars. The resort has a restaurant that serves continental breakfast as well as a range of Thai dishes, BBQ and seafood. They also sell a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

There is free wifi at the restaurant and in the rooms. There is also a laundry service. The staff can organise bike rental and tickets for guests. They can also arrange a taxi for the Full Moon Party.
