About Sea Garden Resort
This resort is also referred to as Sea Garden 2 Resort to distinguish it from the resort of the same name in Haad Rin.
Sea Garden Resort is near the beach. It has a series of good quality rooms and villas with air-con. The resort also features a swimming pool, restaurant and bar.
This is a stylish and comfortable resort that starts at just 1,000 Thai Baht a night. The slew of positive reviews for the resort clearly indicates this place is value for money.
Accommodation
Sea Garden Resort has both bungalows and hotel style rooms for rent. In all there are 18 accommodation options at this resort. Here are the details for each accommodation type. All rooms have air-con, hot water shower, safe, fridge, wifi internet and satellite TV.
- Garden villa sea view - internal space of 30 sq. metres as well as 16 sqm private balcony. The villa combines modern and traditional materials. The interior design is stylish.
- Deluxe villa sea view - internal space of 36 sqm and private terrace 16 sqm. Stylish room with wood cladding and wooden flooring
- Villa sea view - internal space of 24 sqm and private terrace 8 sqm. Smaller villa with great seaview. The decor is not as sophisiticated as the deluxe villa but has small covered kitchenette next to private terrace.
- Superior room - has internal area of 24 sqm and a private terrace of 12 sqm. Rooms in a low rise building. Tiled floors. Comfortable but not stylish.
Resort facilities
Sea Garden Resort has an impressive seaview communal pool at an elevated height. Next to the pool is another pool with water seating to make for extra chillaxing. The Viewpoint Restaurant is large wirth great panoramic views. The restaurant serves a great range of Thai food including fresh seafood. For those not keen on spicy breakfasts - don't worry: they serve Western style breakfasts.
The bar is next to the pool. There is outdoor seating. The bar serves cold beers, cocktails, buckets and the occasional soft drink.
The resort has wifi internet in the rooms and communal areas. At the reception they are happy to organise travel tickets, get taxis and receive laundry.
Child Policy
An extra bed for a room is charged at 800 Thai Baht a night. Children under 5 can stay for free if no extra bedding is required.
