About Phangan Akuna
Phangan Akuna is a new resort in Srithanu. It offers large and luxurious cottages as well as a large swimming pool and restaurant.
The resort is set in a large garden space near the main north-south road.
Accommodation
Phangan Akuna has 18 cottages spread over the resort area. They are all large with new and comfy beds. The cottages are air-con and have hot water bathrooms.
The cottages also feature satellite TV and a large balcony with outdoor furniture.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted at the hotel.
Resort facilities
Phangan Akuna has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and bar as well as a large swimming pool for guest use. There is also BBQ facilities.
At present staff are happy to give guests lifts to the beach and elsewhere. This is excellent as the resort is a fair distance from the beach and the beach road cafes and restaurants.
Free wifi is available around the resort. There is also ticketing and laundry services.
Child Policy
I read that the hotel cannot accommodate children. I hope this is wrong. It must likely means the management don't provide cots, baby sitting services etc.
